Artificial Intelligence (AI) is far from new though of late companies have been adopting it at soaring rates. My usage of AI is daily but only when absolutely necessary as to preserve my own ability to think and provide resolutions and solutions effectively.

AI saves time and that’s why I like it. It does not replace as much as many companies seem to think it does and they run into trouble. So I help teams understand how to partner with AI tools to produce a variety of digital products in a timely manner. The AI tools that provide the best and most efficient options across the industry are CoPilot, Cursor and Claude from the research I’ve conducted. For more information, feel free to contact me. User Experience (UX)

Since 2014, I’ve been focusing on user experience design, creating apps, websites and e-commerce tools using a very specific and detailed UXD process with agile development teams. Remaining lean, we were able to develop prototypes and digital products within 3 months. Below are a few abbreviated snapshots of my work. Projects with CNN included contributing to the UXD process for microsites, brand campaigns, social media content design, building elements for their custom email marketing system Campaign Manager and managing the requirements for these projects in JIRA.

Also worked on digital designs and hosted the CNNI Screening Club which allowed internal employees to view popular shows on the network such as CNN’s Anthony Bourdain Parts Unknown, CNN Business Traveller, Inside the Middle East, Revealed and more. Had an incredible time helping promote the programming through digital products and in person events.

Big shoutout to the teams and individuals with which I worked on these great shows. Many thanks to the Bourdain Memorial team members who continue to include me as we annually honour Mr. Bourdain’s legacy on sacred days in June.
